As part of a partnership with New York State, Suffolk AME has acquired a stock of COVID-19 test kits for distribution to members who are interested.
Suffolk AME Retirees and Active Members can pick up 2 FREE COVID test kits at Suffolk AME Headquarters located at 30 Orville Drive, Suite A in Bohemia. Test kits can be picked up between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Please note that a photo ID is needed for pickup. Test kits are limited to two (2) per member.
