Attention Members: 

In an effort to assist the Suffolk County Municipal Employees Benefit Fund with their communications efforts, Suffolk AME will be sharing member contact information, including email addresses, with the Suffolk County Municipal Employees Benefit Fund. 

If for any reason you do NOT want your email address shared with the Suffolk County Municipal Employees Benefit Fund, please reach out to Suffolk AME Headquarters by phone at 631-589-8400 before Monday, May 2, 2022, so that we may note your preferences. 

If you do not have any objections to your email address being shared with the Suffolk County Municipal Employees Benefit Fund so that they may send important plan information directly to your inbox, you do not need to do anything at this time.
