This service is available for all Suffolk AME members and dependents, including retirees. **Your health insurance fully covers all services, no co-pay required**

► Your 45–60 minute examination will include the following:
• Physician assessment/consultation, EKG , blood pressure evaluation and Pulmonary function testing.
• Comprehensive bloodwork, including: Cholesterol (Lipid Panel), Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, Thyroid Function (TSH), Prostate Screening (PSA), Testosterone (Free & Total), Lyme Titer and additional wellness markers.
• Advanced ultrasound screenings: Echocardiogram, Carotid Doppler, Abdominal Aorta Screening, Thyroid Ultrasound and additional diagnostic studies as needed
• Additional services available (As Needed): Sleep Apnea Screening, DOT Medical Examinations, Flu Vaccinations and NFPA 1582 Firefighter Physicals
