As a reminder, in order to accommodate even more members, we added a second General Membership Meeting on April 2, 2026, to be held at Suffolk AME HQ. There is still some room to RSVP to this Meeting in person, please give us a call at AME HQ at 631-589-8400 by the close of business on March 30, 2026.

We understand some members cannot attend the in-person meeting but would still like to participate.

To meet this need, the April 2nd meeting will be live-streamed over Zoom:

Live Streaming Access Request for April 2 Meeting

To access the live stream, members must submit an RSVP requesting Zoom access by April 1, 2026. We will email the Zoom Meeting Code and Passcode on April 2nd in advance of the meeting.

Membership verification will be conducted using our database to ensure the stream is exclusively for Suffolk AME members. Only verified members will be granted access to the meetings or live stream.
