We are excited to announce that the Suffolk AME General Membership Meeting is quickly approaching! The March 25 meeting has reached full capacity, and RSVP is now closed for this date.

► Live Streaming Option for March 25 Meeting

We understand some members cannot attend either of the in-person meetings but would still like to participate. To meet this need, the March 25 meeting will be live-streamed over Zoom.

To access the live stream, members must submit an RSVP requesting Zoom access by March 24, 2026. We will email the Zoom Link and Passcode on March 25th in advance of the meeting.

Membership verification will be conducted using our database to ensure the stream is exclusively for Suffolk AME members. Only verified members will be granted access to the meetings or live stream.

► Additional In-Person Meeting Date – April 2, 2026

To accommodate more members, we have added a second General Membership Meeting on April 2, 2026, to be held at Suffolk AME HQ. Members who were unable to secure a spot for March 25 can still RSVP to attend the April 2 meeting in person. Please submit your RSVP as soon as possible to guarantee your spot.
