If you wish to leave AME Membership, you must send your request in writing to the AME President at AME Headquarters, 30 Orville Drive, Suite A, Bohemia, NY 11716. Per the Association Constitution & Bylaws, for your request to be processed for this year it must be submitted by the deadline, please reach out to AME Headquarters for this year’s deadline. At that time, you will be sent an abdication form to be completed and returned.
