THE SUBMISSION DEADLINE FOR OF LETTERS OF INTENT IS 1/30/26

Brothers and Sisters,

The Executive Board and Board of Directors are now accepting Letters of Intent from members who wish to be considered for one of the seven (7) available positions on the reinvigorated Judicial Review Panel (JRP).

The Judicial Review Panel serves as the Association’s internal court system and is responsible for reviewing disputes, appeals, and internal charges involving alleged violations of the Association’s Governing Documents.

Members appointed to the Judicial Review Panel may not hold any other elected or appointed position or office within the Association for the duration of their service on the Panel.

Interested members must be available to meet outside of regular work hours and should submit a Letter of Intent that includes the following information:

• Name

• Title

• Years of service with AME

• Any past or present offices held within AME

• Days and hours of availability

Please also include a brief description of why the applicant should be considered for one of the open positions

To allow ample time for responses, the cutoff date for submission is Friday, January 30, 2026. Letters of Intent must be received by AME no later than this date.
