Since 2000, this evidence-based program has empowered over 20,000 individuals to break free from tobacco and nicotine dependence. Participants gain valuable insight into the physical, emotional, and habitual aspects of tobacco use, benefiting from behavioral modification techniques and supportive pharmaceutical options to ease the quitting process.

We’re proud to highlight the dedication of Suffolk AME member Debora Rippel, Senior Public Health Educator in the Health Services Unit, who leads this vital initiative. Debora’s commitment to community health has helped shape and sustain this successful program.
